Pizza Preparation:
Roll out dough on floured surface
Toss a little olive oil onto dough and spread with fingertips.
Spoon a layer of Sweet Prairie Haskap™ gelée then spoon a generous layer of Mascarpone cheese. Place your basil and berries on top. Add one more spoonful of SSweet Prairie Haskap™ gelée to create a swirl of color. Finish with a light dusting of nutmeg.
Cook in your pizza oven until crust is browning and liquids are bubbly.
