Part 03 - Whipped Cream and Assembly
Whip refrigerated cream until stiff peaks start to form
Carefully fold in Sweet Prairie Haskap™ Reduction
Add a generous amount of whipped cream and continue to incorporate into mix.
Spoon cream mix onto the graham crust until full.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to harden. Top with organic sweetened whipped cream. Garnish with berries.

Part 02 - Graham Cracker Crust
Ground the graham cracker in food processor.
Melt butter and pour into graham crumble bowl to create the bottom crust.
Spoon butter /graham mixture into muffin tin wells 1/3 of the way.
Set aside.
