“Berries and Haskap Whipped Cream“

Who doesn’t love a cup of berries and cream… especially when blended with Sweet Prairie Haskap™ Berry Juice!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pint Each of Market Fresh Blueberries & Raspberries (sub any berry)

  • 1 Organic Clover Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1 Organic Clover Whipped Cream

  • Sweet Prairie Haskap™ Reduction (see below)

Directions (2 Parts)

Part 01 - Sweet Prairie Haskap™ Reduction

  • 1 cup sugar

  • Lemon peel (1tsp)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • Combine all ingredients

  • Reduce on stove top until thickens

  • Cool before use

Part 02 - Whip the cream and layer it all up!

  • Whip refrigerated cream until stiff peaks start to form

  • Carefully fold in Sweet Prairie Haskap™ Reduction

  • Add a generous amount of whipped cream and continue to incorporate into mix

  • Layer berries & Sweet Prairie Haskap™ cream until almost full. Top with whipped cream and garnish with berries
